Which FramioCam should I choose?
Choose the Chrome extension for web pages, browser-based work, and full-page website screenshots. Choose the Mac app for a native capture workflow across your Mac’s apps and windows. The Chrome extension is available now; the Mac app is coming soon.
Does one licence include both products?
The Chrome extension and Mac app are separate products with separate licences. Choose the product you need. An extension licence does not unlock the desktop app.
Can I use the Chrome extension on a Mac?
Yes. The extension works in Chrome on macOS, Windows, Linux, and ChromeOS. The native Mac app is a separate option for capturing across desktop apps.
Can I start for free?
The Chrome extension is available free today. Its first 50 screenshots need no account; a free account removes that limit and enables video export. The Mac app is not publicly available yet. You can request a launch notification on its product page.
